A flavorful spread makes for filling sandwiches.
250 grams ham
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 pieces lettuce leaves
4 pieces tomatoes, sliced
4 slices cheese
8 slices bread
In a food processor, pulse ham until roughly chopped. Add sour cream, mustard, and cayenne and process until ham is finely chopped. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Spread a thick layer of the ham mixture onto a bread slice. Top with tomato, lettuce, and cheese. Top with a second slice of bread. Repeat with remaining bread. Serve immediately.
