Wow the kiddos (and the grown-ups too!) with this bite-sized snack!
Serves 5

Cooking Time 10 minutes
9 small/mini buns
1/4 kilo ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons store-bought steak sauce
9 small cheese slices
extra steak sauce for brushing
mayonnaise for spreading
salt and pepper to taste
1 In a bowl, mix together beef, breadcrumbs, and steak sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
2 Shape into 9 small patties (about 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls of mixture each).
3 Grill or pan-fry until cooked to desired doneness. Brush with remaining steak sauce once cooked.
4 Lightly toast buns. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom buns. Top each with a patty and a cheese slice.
Bread tip: Pandesal can also be used.
