85 grams puréed strawberries
4 tablespoons simple syrup
1 cup crushed ice
a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
1 fresh strawberry for garnish
a dash of freshly cracked black pepper
1 In a blender, place strawberries, syrup, crushed ice, and balsamic vinegar; blend until smooth.
2 Line the rim of a glass with sugar; pour. Garnish with a strawberry and a freshly cracked black pepper.
