You've got lots of options with this sweet sandwich. Switch the strawberries and brie for poached pears and ricotta. Or forego the cheese and stuff the sandwich with bananas and Nutella, a classic combination.
Serves 2 Prep Time 10 minutes
250 to 300 grams fresh strawberries
4 slices brioche or challah bread
4 to 6 slices brie
powdered sugar for dusting
1 Hull the strawberries and slice in half.
2 Pile strawberries on bottom half of brioche then layer brie on top. Top with other brioche slice.
3 Dust sandwich with powdered sugar.
