This South Beach-friendly vanilla “milkshake” will surely satisfy those cold cravings—sans the sugar overload.
Serves 2 Prep Time 5 minutes
2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
1 1/3 cups soymilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 to 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
dash of ground cinnamon
1 Place all the ingredients in a blender; blend until frothy.
2 Pour in tall glasses. Serve immediately.
