Quick lunch? Try this toss-it-together, faster-than-ever dish!
Magnolia Chicken Popcorn
oil for frying
1 pouch Del Monte Quick n Easy Sweet and Sour mix
1/2 cup mixed veggies
just-cooked rice
1 Fry chicken popcorn in oil until golden. Set aside.
2 Prepare sweet and sour mix according to package directions.
3 When sauce is thick and boiling, add veggies. Simmer for 3 minutes. Turn off heat.
4 Add the chicken popcorn and toss.
5 Pour mixture over hot rice.
