Big fan of canned tuna? Try the fresh kind for a change—it supplies the body with loads of vitamins and nutrients. This teriyaki preparation may just make a convert out of you.

Serves 3
Prep and Cooking Time 40 minutes

1/2 kilo tuna, sliced into chunks
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon canola oil

Marinate the tuna in soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and sugar substitute for at least 30 minutes.

Sauté tuna in canola oil until cooked through.

Serve immediately.
