Big fan of canned tuna? Try the fresh kind for a change—it supplies the body with loads of vitamins and nutrients. This teriyaki preparation may just make a convert out of you.
Prep and Cooking Time 40 minutes
1/2 kilo tuna, sliced into chunks
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon canola oil
1 Marinate the tuna in soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and sugar substitute for at least 30 minutes.
2 Sauté tuna in canola oil until cooked through.
3 Serve immediately.
