Serves 2
phyllo dough sheet
melted butter
1 250-gram salmon fillet
salt and pepper to taste
thick slice of cream cheese
store-bought honey mustard dressing
1 Preheat oven to 375ºF. Brush 4 (8x8-inch) phyllo sheets with melted butter; stack.
2 Place 1 (250-gram) salmon fillet in the center. Season with salt and pepper then top with a thick slice of cream cheese. Roll, fold sides, and seal.
3 Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Drizzle with honey mustard dressing or serve on the side.
