How to Make Almond Bark

Sweet, nutty, and crunchy—you’ll surely go loco over this one! Grab a cup of coffee and satisfy your sweet tooth with this crispy confection.

Chocolate-y tip  Not a fan of chocolate? Use white chocolate instead. Can’t decide? Spread white chocolate on one side and semisweet chocolate on the other.

Combine sugar, water, and glucose in a saucepan. Turn stove on to medium heat. Cook until bubbling and light golden in color, about 10 minutes. Do not mix.
Spread mixture on the prepared tray. Let set and cool completely.
Once set, break into pieces and place in a jar. Seal tightly.
