Chocolate-y tip: Not a fan of chocolate? Use white chocolate instead. Can't decide? Spread white chocolate on one side and semisweet chocolate on the other.

Combine sugar, water, and glucose in a saucepan. Turn stove on to medium heat. Cook until bubbling and light golden in color, about 10 minutes. Do not mix.
