This is the perfect dessert that is so easy to prepare!
Place water and butter in a saucepan. Allow to boil. Lower the heat and add bread flour and salt. Stir until the dough forms into a ball.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and mix with a whisk until there is no more steam. Add eggs one at a time, whisking to incorporate.
Pipe onto greaseproof paper or silicone mat. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Fry in hot oil until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve with chocolate dip and/or hot chocolate on the side.
