How to Make Sweet Potato Marshmallow Gratin

Add butter, sugar, and cream.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture into 3 to 4 medium ramekins or an 8x8-inch glass baking dish until half filled.
Cover completely with marshmallows. Bake until just browned or until marshmallows are puffed, about 5 minutes.
Tada! Look at that golden-brown, perfectly puffed marshmallows. Mmm.
