How to Cook Couscous

1 Place couscous in a heatproof bowl. Add enough boiling
homemade chicken stock or vegetable stock to cover the couscous.
2 Cover the bowl of couscous with plastic wrap and let it absorb the stock for about 5 minutes.
3 Discard the plastic wrap. Using a fork or spoon, fluff the couscous to separate the grains and remove large clumps.
