How To Make Breaded Pork Chops
Why buy from the grocery when you can make your own?

1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup flour

For quick cooking without burning the crumbs, pound pork chops until half-inch thick. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Dip each side of the pork chop in a mixture of 1 egg and 1/4 cup milk, then in 1/2 cup flour or breadcrumbs. Pat after.
Deep-fry the pork chops in hot oil until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
