You can make an impact when entertaining guests just by successfully preparing and serving any one of our main dishes in our recipe database. But before digging in to the main course, dish up some appetizers to stir up the conversation to kick-start your get-together. Score big points by serving any of the appetizers featured in the gallery below.

Ham and Spinach Wrap

Spread cream cheese on flour tortilla then lay sweet ham and blanched spinach on top. Sprinkle with pepper to taste and roll. Slice then bake for 15 minutes or until the tortilla flour is crisp.
Stuffed Tomato

Marinate tomato in olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper for at least an hour. Saute ground beef in garlic, onion, a little tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Mix in grated cheddar before removing from heat. Stuff the ground beef in the tomato and bake for five minutes.
Bruschetta

Toast thinly sliced french bread with butter and garlic for one minute. Top with fresh lettuce, a slice of tomato, and cold cuts like pastrami.
Three-Cheese Log

Shred cheddar cheese, jack cheese, and cream cheese and mix with chopped onion bits, crushed cashews (or any other nuts), and a bit of worcestershire sauce to taste. Roll and serve.
Pork Barbecue Bites

Marinate chopped pork in barbecue sauce with chopped garlic bits, sugar, salt, and pepper. Grill for 15 minutes. For the dip, mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, and salt.
