How to Debone a Chicken
Learn how to debone a chicken for stuffing in six simple steps.

2 Carefully cut the joint between the wings and breast, keeping the wings intact.
3 With your knife, separate the meat from the breast bone until it is exposed. Do the same for the backbone.
4 Using your fingers, separate meat from bone until the entire leg bone is exposed. Pull out the bones and set aside to make stock, or discard.
5 Do the same for the other leg.
6 Turn the fully deboned chicken inside out and lay it flat on a chopping board before proceeding with the stuffing.
