Cut 1 cup butter (softened at room temperature) into small cubes. Put butter into electric mixer and mix until soft. No mixer? Place the butter in a mixing bowl and hand-mix with a wooden spoon.
Add 3 tablespoons of fresh strawberries and mix until evenly blended with the butter.
On wax paper, pipe butter into logs.
Twist the ends of the wrapper and freeze until use.
Serve sliced butter on toast, bread rolls, muffins, or pancakes.
