Dalgona Cake Ingredients

20 pieces Fudgee Barr Chocolate
2 packs Alaska Crema All Purpose Cream, chilled
1 can Alaska Condensada, chilled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons instant coffee
7 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons hot water

How to make Dalgona Cake

1. Line 4 Fudgee Barr Chocolate pieces inside the plastic tub and press down hard. Do this for all the tubs. Set aside.

2. Using an electric mixer, whip the chilled Alaska Crema All Purpose Cream until it doubles in size.

3. Pour in the chilled Alaska Condensada and vanilla extract. Whip until the mixture is fluffy.

4. Divide the mixture into two. Set aside.

5. Using an electric mixer, combine coffee, sugar, and hot water. Whip until light and fluffy.

6. Get one of the halved cream mixtures and pour it into the whipped coffee mix. Whip until thoroughly mixed to create the dalgona cream. Set aside.

7. Get the second halved cream mixture and pour it into each of the tubs. Make sure to spread it evenly.

8. Pour the dalgona cream into each of the tubs. Make sure to spread it evenly on top of the cream mixture layer.

9. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
