1 Flourless Chocolate Cake

Craving a chocolate cake and not having flour can be a downer. The good news is that you do not need any flour to make this indulgent chocolate cake.

Also known as a torte, this cake is made of lots of eggs which gives it a fantastic rise in the oven. What gives it body is the chopped nuts combined with the eggs.

The melted chocolate, sugar, and butter give it its intense flavor.

What's brilliant about this cake is that it's a no-fail cake. This cake is meant to fall or sink after it cools just like many egg-risen cakes such as chiffon and sponge cakes. However, the beauty of the torte is that its crackly top hides the luscious fudgy interior.

You'll have to wait for this cake to cool before digging in to experience the irresistible nature of this cake.
