2 Add peanut butter.

If you're adding marshmallows into these balls, why not amp up the flavor profile of the graham balls themselves, too? An easy addition is peanut butter. It can replace some of the condensed milk you use and is sticky enough to keep its shape. Use creamy peanut butter for a rich and delicious ball. You can also add some texture to every bite by using crunchy peanut butter so there's a surprise nugget of peanut in there.

3 Add oatmeal.

Not all graham balls need to be just a sweet treat. You can add some heft to your graham balls by either adding oatmeal to the graham mixture or rolling it in toasted oatmeal for a nutty flavor that doesn't include nuts. Use a crunchy homemade granola recipe to give your graham balls that crunchy texture on the outside that will reveal the graham ball hiding inside with a bite.

4 Coat it in chocolate.

Coating the graham balls in chocolate instantly ups the appetizing factor. Few can resist chocolate, so what more if a graham ball is hiding inside the chocolate shell? Chocolate bars that easily melt are available in supermarkets and baking supply stores, but the trick is having parchment paper, wax paper, or even a silicone mat. These sheets are the perfect surface to place freshly dunked balls. The nonstick surface of these will ensure that these are easy to package later.
