WATCH: Here's How You Can Make Cookies In the Microwave Oven
Yay for this genius recipe.
Cookies are the delicious, sweet dessert rounds that we don't have to share with anyone else.Â
However, most recipes for cookies make a big batch and not everyone has the appetite for an entire cookie jar. Sometimes, just one cookie is enough for someone who doesn't need all those cookies.Â
If you don't have an oven and would love to make cookies, then this genius cookie recipe is for you!Â
One, you don't need an oven to make this cookie recipe.Â
Two, this cookie recipe makes one giant cookie.
Three, this cookie is done in one minute.  Â
How?Â
You can make an easy cookie dough in a small bowl and "bake" it in the microwave on an oven-safe plate. Curious how? Here's the recipe:Â
We used two kinds of chocolate chips and even tried it with chocolate-covered peanuts, but you can use any chocolate you want for this recipe. What you don't want to use, however, are marshmallows or anything that will puff up in the microwave.Â
One last tip before you run to the kitchen: you will want to "underbake" these. The cookies will continue to cook even after you take it out of the microwave oven. Use a spatula to remove each cookie from the plate and immediately onto a cooling rack. Let cool completely before biting into these dense cookies that are more cookie dough than a soft, cakey cookie.Â
