3 Make it into a delicious sauce.

You don’t need to go all out with the ube this holiday season. In fact, you can preserve your ube stash by reining in your desire for everything ube and instead, make an ube sauce to pour over anything instead! One idea is to make sticky rice as you would normally and pair it with the same sweet chunks of mango. However, make it more festive and more appetizing by making an ube-coconut sauce that you can dress up that plate with.
