WATCH: Make Easy + Delicious No-Bake Chocolate Cookies
No guilt involved with these easy to make cookies.
We’ve all heard of no-bake cakes, but you can also make no-bake cookies! Thanks to oatmeal and unsweetened cocoa, these cookies are healthy as well so you won’t feel guilty at all when you binge on them. These cookies are chewy and taste a bit like a brilliant bite of breakfast. Prep it for baon and you get a quick pick-me-up in the middle of the day.

Cooking Time 11 minutes
Yield 5-6 giant cookies
No-Bake Choco Cookies
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
Optional White Chocolate Drizzle
¼ cup white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon all-purpose cream
1 Combine butter, sugar, milk, and unsweetened cocoa powder in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; allow to cook for a minute and a half. Remove from heat.
2 Add peanut butter, vanilla extract, and quick-cooking oats. Stir well. Using an ice cream scooper, pack in tightly with a spoon place onto parchment lined tray. With a small parchment paper on top, flatten into cookies with a flat surface such as a pan, measuring cup or plate. Cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3 Optional! Place white chocolate and all-purpose in a bowl and microwave on high for 20 seconds. Take out, stir, and put back into the microwave. Microwave in 5 seconds and then stir again. Keep returning to the microwave for 5-second bursts until it stirs into a smooth consistency. Alternatively, melt on a double boiler. Place white chocolate mixture into a small piping bag or use a teaspoon to drizzle over cooled cookie. Set in the fridge for 5 minutes or less.
