2 Use butter instead of oil for better flavor.

You know the more flavorful ingredient is butter so why settle for oil? Butter not only adds moisture to your pancakes, but it also makes it taste so much better, too!

3 Use buttermilk for lighter, fluffier pancakes.

You can make homemade buttermilk by adding a little vinegar to fresh milk or using yogurt or sour cream as a substitute. It gives a slight tang to the flavor of your pancakes but since it reacts to the leavener, you’ll make pancakes with more rise, too.

5 Serve it with something other than syrup.

Once your pancakes are made, there’s no stopping you from making it more flavorful than it already is. Fruits, peanut butter, powdered sugar, whipped cream, jams like strawberry, guava, or even ube halaya can only make your pancake breakfast even more irresistible!

So how do you like your pancakes in the morning?
