You Can Make Fudgy Cookies from Boxed Brownie Mix
Who knew that you could hack your way into fudgy cookies?
Sometimes, a quick fix for rich chocolate desserts is all you want after a long day. This baking hack is exactly that: you can make chewy chocolate cookies from brownie mix! There is no butter-sugar beating or stacks of bowls and equipment to wash afterwards. Mix it all up in one bowl, pop a cookie tray into the oven, and bake until fudgy. It's simple!
500 grams brownie mix (1 standard box)
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 medium eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Walnuts, toasted and chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Scoop out by 1-inch round balls onto the prepared cookie sheet, at least 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are crackly and set.
Transfer the cookies onto a cooling rack and serve warm.
