Carbonara ala Créma Recipe

Carbonara ala Créma Ingredients:

100 grams bacon, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken stock
1 250ml pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
500 grams linguini or any pasta, cooked according to package directions

How to Make Carbonara ala Créma:

1. Pan fry bacon in pan until brown and lightly toasted. Remove bacon from pan.

2. Using the same pan and remaining bacon fat, add in butter, garlic, and onions. Cook for a minute over low heat.

3. Add in mushrooms and flour. Cook for another minute.

4. Pour in stock little by little while mixing continuously to prevent lumps from forming. Bring to a boil and blend in Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream and parmesan cheese.

5. Season with salt and pepper and toss in or pour over cooked pasta.

Spiceh Créma Carbonarawr Recipe

Spiceh Créma Carbonarawr Ingredients:

500 grams pasta noodles
1 cup water
1 piece chicken broth cube
100 grams bacon, diced
2 tablespoons chili garlic oil
2 tablespoons butter
300 grams medium suahe
1 tablespoon flour
1 250ml pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream
1/2 piece lemon juice and zest
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 284-gram can mushroom pieces and stems

How To Make Spiceh Créma Carbonarawr:

1. Cook pasta noodles of your preference according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Dissolve the chicken broth cube in 1 cup water. Set aside.

3. In a pan, fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel.

4. In the same pan, add chili garlic oil and butter. Add in suahe then sauté until cooked. Set aside the suahe.

5. Add in flour then sauté for about a minute.

6. Pour in Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream, chicken broth, lemon juice and zest, and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer until the sauce starts to thicken.

7. Add in mushroom and cooked suahe. Simmer for another minute. Season with salt and pepper, and toss pasta noodles in the sauce until fully coated.

8. Transfer to a dish then top with crispy bacon bits, parmesan, and chopped flat parsley.
