Bibingka-Style Graham Ref Cake Recipe

This creative take on the classic Filipino holiday treat will sure to impress! Just remember to let the ref cake set overnight. We bet the kids would love to be the ones to sprinkle the egg yolk bits and grated cheese on top of the cake before serving.

Takes 30 minutes plus chilling overnight

Makes 4-6 servings

Bibingka-Style Graham Ref Cake Ingredients

12 pieces graham crackers, crushed
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream (125 ml), chilled
1/3 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup coconut cream
3 pieces salted duck egg yolks
3 tablespoon grated cheese

How to make Bibingka-Style Graham Ref Cake

1 Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Press the mixture to the bottom of a serving container.

2 Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, coconut cream, and two pieces of salted duck egg yolks.

3 Pour cream mixture into the serving container. Chill overnight.

4 Mash the remaining salted duck egg yolk. Sprinkle the egg yolk bits and grated cheese on top of the chilled ref cake. Serve well-chilled.

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Recipe

Who doesn’t love a bowl of ice cream? This easy recipe takes it up a notch by injecting the sweet and fresh flavor of mint into this frozen delight! Make sure to use high-quality chocolate to match the mint flavor.

Takes 20 minutes plus freezing overnight 

Makes 4 servings

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Ingredients

1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream (250 ml), chilled
2/3 cup condensed milk
3 tablespoons crushed hard mint candy (Polo)
1/2 cup chopped chocolate

How to make Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

1 Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until light. Add condensed milk and whip for another 5 minutes.

2 Fold in crushed mint candy and chopped chocolate. Transfer into a container and freeze overnight.

3 Scoop ice cream on chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Creamy Sticky Toffee Pudding Recipe

Creamy Sticky Toffee Pudding Ingredients

For the pudding:

1 tablespoon Néscafe Classic
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream (250 ml)
2 pieces eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the sauce:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream (250 ml)
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon salt

How to make Creamy Sticky Toffee Pudding

1 Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

2 Mix coffee in hot water. Add raisins to coffee mixture. Set aside

3 In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

4 In another bowl, whisk butter and brown sugar until light. Mix in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, eggs, and vanilla. Pour cream mixture into the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.

5 Add coffee and raisin mixture to the batter. Mix until smooth. Pour into a prepped baking pan and bake for 30-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the pudding.

6 Make the sauce: Mix brown sugar, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Cook over low heat and stir until thick. Serve the sauce on the side.
