Classic Buffalo-style, honey barbecue or garlic Parmesan - take your pick!

Here are 3 easy ways to serve chicken wings as a great appetizer, bar chow or main dish. Knife and fork, optional.
Basic Chicken Wings
1 1/2-2 cup cornstarch
1 kilo chicken wings
salt and freshly ground pepper
3-4 cups oil, for frying
1 Season chicken wings with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2 In a separate bowl, season cornstarch with salt and pepper.
3 Dredge wings in cornstarch, shaking off excess, then carefully lower wings into preheated oil. Fry, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden brown and very crisp, around 10-12 minutes.
4 Dry excess oil on paper towels, toss in preferred sauces.
Buffalo Chicken Wings
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup pepper sauce (store-bought)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 In a small sauce pan, heat the hot pepper sauce. Season with cayenne peppper. Set aside.
2 Transfer wings in a big bowl and toss with melted butter, then toss again with the hot pepper sauce mixture. Serve immediately.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Melt butter in a saucepan add minced garlic. Sauté until fragnant (careful not to brown the garlic). Remove from heat.
2 Drizzle the sauteed garlic and butter over chicken wings. Coat with parmesan cheese and toss to coat chicken wings.
Honey BBQ Chicken Wings
1/2 cup BBQ marinade
2 tablespoon honey
1 Reduce the BBQ marinade for 5-10 mins until thick consistency. Add honey. Mix well.
2 Remove from heat. Drizzle and coat chicken wings.
