2 (150-gram) slices skinless pork loin or tenderloin, about 1/2-inch thick

½ cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 cup shredded cabbage,
1 Cup steamed rice

1 Slice the pork in the middle and tenderize by pounding it with the back of the knife.
2 Season with salt, pepper and calamansi juice.

4 Put flour, egg and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.

6 Arla Burger Cheese Slices
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 spring onions, diced
Salt
Pepper
½ cup Arla Milk Goodness Full Cream
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup panko bread crumbs
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
Vegetable oil for frying
1 Slice Arla Burger Cheese Slices into 3 strips, then roll. Set aside in the chiller.
2 Mix mashed potatoes and spring onions in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
3 Whisk milk and egg in one bowl.
4 Place breadcrumbs, garlic powder and salt in another bowl.
5 Make the potato balls: get a spoonful of mashed potato.

3 garlic cloves, minced

4 flour tortillas

Store-bought tomato salsa, to serve
1 Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2 Add the tortilla and top each with 2 Arla Burger Cheese Slices.
3 Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or until tortilla is golden brown and cheese has melted.
4 Fold the quesadilla in half to sandwich the cheese.
5 Transfer to a cutting board and slice into wedges.

3 dozen gyoza wrappers

1 Combine pork, carrots, spring onions, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and thoroughly mix.
2 Fill a gyoza wrapper with 1 teaspoon meat mixture.
3 Add chopped Arla Burger Cheese Slices on top.
4 Brush sides with beaten egg.
5 Fold wrapper in half and crimp the edges to seal.
6 Repeat with remaining ingredients and chill for 15 minutes.
7 Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium high heat.
8 Arrange gyoza in a single layer, flat side down and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until bottom of gyoza turns golden.
9 Add ¼ cup water and cover the pan with a lid to steam.
10 Cook for 2 minutes or until most of the water evaporates.
