All you need for the sauce? Just eggs, salt and pepper to taste, and a little Parmesan or Pecorino cheese. As you can imagine, it’s the freshly cooked hot pasta added directly to the beaten eggs mixture that will cook it enough to turn it creamy and thick enough to coat the spaghetti.
And with such a simple sauce, you can get creative with it!
