Creamy Beef with Mushroom Ingredients

3/4 kilo thinly sliced beef
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 head garlic, minced
1 large onion, cut into strips
2 cups sliced button mushroom
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pack 250ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 tablespoon minced parsley

How to Cook Creamy Beef with Mushroom

1 Season beef with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Sauté beef in oil in batches until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

2 Sauté garlic, onion, and mushroom in butter using the same pan. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Stir in water and bring to simmer.

3 Add sautéed beef, soy sauce, and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir in parsley, transfer to a serving plate, and serve.

Chicken Pastel in Creamy Sauce

Chicken Pastel in Creamy Sauce Ingredients

1 kilo chicken leg quarters, cut into pieces
3 sachets MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
3 tablespoons butter
1 head garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 potato, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 chorizo de Bilbao, sliced (optional)
1 can whole button mushroom, rinsed and quartered
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 cups water
1 pack 250ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
12 quail eggs, boiled and peeled
1/4 cup green peas

How to Cook Chicken Pastel in Creamy Sauce

1 Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Sauté chicken in butter. Remove and set aside.

2 Sauté garlic, onion, potato, carrot, chorizo (optional), and mushroom in the same pan for about 10 minutes.

3 Add flour and cook for 2 minutes while stirring. Pour water and bring to simmer. Add chicken and cook for 15 minutes.

4 Season with remaining 2 sachets of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, quail eggs, and green peas. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.

Tip: You can also use chicken breast as a healthier substitute, but lessen the chicken’s cooking time to 5 minutes to prevent overcooking.

Creamy Pork Caldereta

Creamy Pork Caldereta Ingredients

1 large potato, cubed
1 carrot, cubed
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 kilo pork shoulder, cut into pieces

2 bay leaves
1 head garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 small red chili, sliced
1 small can liver spread
2 cups tomato sauce
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons cheese, grated
1 pack 250ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

How to Cook Creamy Pork Caldereta:

1 Sauté potato and carrot in 2 tablespoons oil until golden brown and set aside.

2 Season pork with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Sauté in remaining oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

3 Sauté garlic, onion, and chili in the same pot. Add liver spread and cook for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce and sautéed pork. Pour enough water to cover the pork. Add bay leaves and simmer until tender. Add water as needed.

4 Once tender, add sautéed potato, carrot, and bell peppers. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and sugar. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and 2 tablespoons cheese. Transfer to a serving plate, top it with the remaining grated cheese, and serve.
