Meatball Caldereta Ingredients

4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
1 potato, cubed
1 small carrot, cubed
500 grams freshly ground pork
1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons grated cheese, divided
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 small red chili, sliced
1 small can liver spread
1 pack 200-gram tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 bay leaf
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

How to Make Meatball Caldereta

1 Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Sauté potato and carrot until golden brown. Set aside.

2 Combine ground pork, chopped onion, 2 tablespoons grated cheese, and 1/2 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® in a bowl. Mix well and form into meatballs. Sauté in remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Set aside.

3 Sauté garlic, minced onion, chili, and liver spread in the same pan. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add meatballs, potato, carrot, bay leaf, and bell peppers. Simmer for 15 minutes.

4 Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon cheese and season with remaining 1 1/2 sachets of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and brown sugar. Transfer to a serving plate, swirl NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream on top. Serve.
