Creamy Beef Cups Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1/3 cup white onion, chopped
250 grams ground beef
150 grams chicken liver, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup canned button mushroom, drained and sliced
1 500-gram pouch DEL MONTE Creamy and Cheesy Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 cup water (optional)
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon parsley, plus more for topping, finely chopped
12 pieces 3×3-inch store-bought puff pastry, flattened into squares
1 cup quick-melting cheese, grated
How to Make Creamy Beef Cups:
1 In a hot pan with oil, sauté garlic and onion. Add ground beef and liver and cook until browned. Put bell pepper and mushrooms and sauté for about 3 minutes.
2 Add DEL MONTE Creamy and Cheesy Spaghetti Sauce. If the mixture is too thick, add water. Season with dried basil, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
3 Add cornstarch-water mixture and stir all the ingredients for 5 minutes. Let it boil and then stir in 1 tablespoon of parsley. Set aside.
4 Line a muffin tray with puff pastry squares. Spoon the filling in the center of each puff pastry. Sprinkle cheese and more parsley on top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the cheese melts.
