Corned beef isn’t the usual ingredient that comes to mind when you’re whipping up a pasta dish. Yet, it’s a budget-friendly and easy-to-cook option when making your family’s favorite spaghetti. Make it even more special by cooking it in barbecue sauce until it’s crispy and crunchy.

Crispy BBQ Corned Beef Pasta Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil, divided
2 cans 210-gram corned beef
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons white onion, diced
1/4 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced into strips
4 tablespoons 200-ml DEL MONTE Quick N Easy BBQ Marinade
1 pouch 1-kilogram DEL MONTE Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2/3 pack 900-gram DEL MONTE Spaghetti
Water for boiling
How To Cook Crispy BBQ Corned Beef Pasta:
1 Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Place the corned beef and cook until crispy for about 10 minutes. Set aside some of the cooked corned beef for topping.
2 In the same pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and white onion. Add carrots and bell peppers and let them cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the other half of the cooked corned beef and DEL MONTE Quick N Easy BBQ Marinade. Mix well and let cook for 5 minutes.
3 Add DEL MONTE Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce, butter, and water. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.
4 Cook DEL MONTE Spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain then set aside.
5 Toss cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti over the sauce. Serve on a plate and top with the reserved crispy corned beef.
