Making (and planning) dinner doesn't need to be a chore! These ground meat recipes can come together in less time than the usual. That's because the beef is already cooked, and that's half the recipe done already. 

All you have to do when you've got some time on your hands is cook a big batch of ground beef then store in portions until needed. Then, it's just a matter of choosing one of these recipes to use with your already cooked beef.

1 Shepherd's Pie Recipe 

There's nothing easier than putting ingredients together into a pot and then leaving it to cook on its own. That's the same principle here. Once you have your cooked ground meat, put the rest of the ingredients together, including leftover mashed potatoes or a bunch of veggies you can thinly slice if you got it, and this dish is made in minutes rather than hours. You don't even have to bake it. Just reheat everything, and it's good to go.
