Butter Garlic Prawns

1/4 cup salted butter
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 head garlic, peeled, finely chopped
8 tiger prawns (sugpo), deveined, trimmed with scissors
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Parsley leaves, chopped, to garnish
Lemon, cut into wedges, to serve

In a large sauté pan over medium-low heat, melt butter and add oil. Add garlic and gently cook until golden brown.

Increase heat to medium-high heat. Place prawns in the pan and cook until cooked through, flipping halfway to cook both sides. Remove from heat.

To serve, drain garlic-infused butter from pan into a bowl and plate the prawns. Sprinkle prawns with parsley and serve with salt, pepper, and lemon wedges. Serve while hot.
