Level up your ordinary pork chops with a splash of calamansi juice that gives these a delicious tang. Plus, it's perfect as baon!
Fried Calamansi Pork Chops
Takes 10 minutes
Makes 2 servings
2 pork chops, patted dry
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. oil
4 calamansi, halved, more to serve
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Rice, to serve
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Heat oil and melt butter.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides, to taste.
Once hot, add pork chops to the pan. Squeeze 2 calamansi over each pork chop. Brown on both sides before removing from pan. Serve with steamed rice and more calamansi as desired.
