It can be as simple as steaming frozen ready-to-cook dumplings and siopao. The key to steaming is remembering to top up the water if you’re cooking more than one dish. Plus, you also need to remember that if you have a multi-level steamer, ensure that the food you’re cooking can be cooked together. You don’t want your steamed puto smelling and tasting like fish.
