Pan-fried Pork Steak
Prep time 15 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
1 pork steak, bone-in
salt and pepper, to taste
dried rosemary, plus extra sprigs, to garnish
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
garlic, for garnish (optional)
1 Season pork with salt and pepper on both sides. Cover with rosemary and garlic. Let stand for at least 15 minutes.
2 Melt butter and heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.Add pork and cook for 5 to 10 minutes per side. Drizzle with flavored butter. Serve warm.
