Pan-fried Pork Steak
Prep time 15 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
1 pork steak, bone-in
salt and pepper, to taste
dried rosemary, plus extra sprigs, to garnish
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
garlic, for garnish (optional)
Season pork with salt and pepper on both sides. Cover with rosemary and garlic. Let stand for at least 15 minutes.
Melt butter and heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.Add pork and cook for 5 to 10 minutes per side. Drizzle with flavored butter. Serve warm.
