This reader recipe by Dishkarteng Kutsinero is one of our 2020 top recipes, and there's no question why. Super flavorful, loaded with garlic, and fast cooking, this easy Pinoy beef recipe is a fantastic ulam to serve with lots of garlic fried rice.
