Burong mangga or pickled green mangoes is a popular Filipino snack or side dish known for its satisfying mix of tart and sweet flavors. It takes less than 30 minutes and is very simple to make. All you need to do is peel and slice the mangoes, soak them in water, and make the syrup. Before bottling the mangoes, remember to properly prep your containers for long-term preserving!
