WATCH: How to Make Chicken Pandan

Aromatic pandan leaves make this easy fried chicken recipe extra special.

 

This tasty Asian chicken dish is easy to make! Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, wrap in pandan leaves, and fry until golden brown. 

 

TIP: Wash and wipe the leaves dry to prevent oil from splattering when frying.

 

CHICKEN PANDAN RECIPE

 

¼ kilo chicken breast or thigh fillet
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 bunch pandan leaves

 

1 Marinate chicken for 30 minutes to an hour.

 

2 Wrap the marinated chicken in pandan leaves.

 

3 Deep-fry until chicken is golden brown.
