You Can Use Condensed Milk To Make Caramel Popcorn!

Popcorn has to be one of the all-time favorite snacks! It's available at every movie theater and cinema, and it's fast and easy to get from both supermarkets and convenience stores. 

But did you know that you can transform your ordinary salted and buttered popcorn into a caramel popcorn using condensed milk? You can, and it's a delicious and easy recipe to make. All you need are 3 ingredients plus some cooked popcorn.

Condensed Milk Caramel Popcorn Recipe  

  • Takes 15 minutes 
  • Makes 2 to 3 servings
  • 1/2 cup butter 
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar 
  • 1 cup condensed milk 
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked popcorn, plain
  • 1 Combine butter, brown sugar, and condensed milk in a heavy-bottomed saucepot over medium heat. Mix together until the butter dissolves and the mixture comes together. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking, stirring continuously, until caramel thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes. 
  • 2 Pour caramel over the popcorn, making sure the kernels are coated well. Serve immediately.
