Makes 6 servings

1/2 kilo beef, cubed
1 to 2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons curry powder
3 cups beef broth
1 medium red onion, peeled, quartered
2 potatoes, peeled, cubed
1 cup green peas, thawed
1 small cauliflower, broken into florets
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

3 Add onions, potatoes and green peas. Simmer again, covered, until vegetables are tender and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
4 Add in cauliflower. Simmer again, covered, until heated through, another 10 minutes. Simmer, letting the excess water evaporate until the sauce is thickened. Serve with steamed rice.
