Empanada Dough

6 pieces empanada

 

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
2 tablespoons cold water

In a bowl combine the flour, margarine and sugar and salt. Mix well. Add the egg and cold water and knead to form a dough. Chill before rolling out.
