Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

2 cups romaine lettuce
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 medium ripe banana
1 teaspoon chia or hemp seeds
1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and you have a good-for-you drink to power your day.
