½ cup milk
juice from half a lemon
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika powder, or to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
250 grams skinless chicken breast fillets, sliced into 1 ½-inch squares
Oil for frying

For the breading:
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Japanese breading
1 egg, beaten
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

1 Combine milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add skinless chicken breast fillets. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.

Prepare the breading: Combine all-purpose flour, garlic powder, and salt on a plate. Place 1 egg in a bowl and breading seasoned with paprika and Parmesan cheese on another plate.

Dredge the chicken fillet with flour, dip in the egg, coat with breading. Fry until golden brown.
