WATCH: How to Make Hot Chocolate

Treat yourself to a hot mug of liquid chocolate!

 

Make yourself a batch of hot chocolate at home with some helpful tips from Pam Lim Cinco of Risa Chocolates.

 

500mL fresh milk
60mL water
1 tbsp sugar
1 pack Risa Unsweetened Pure 100% Chocolate
 
 
 
1 In a pot, put the milk, drinking water, and sugar. Heat mixture until the sugar dissolves.
 
2 When small bubbles appear, add the chocolate into the mixture.
 
3 Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted.
 
4 Take it off the heat. Use batirol or a hand blender for a smoother and lighter drink.
