How to Make Polvoron

Make this Pinoy classic in three easy steps!

Polvoron is a powdered milk candy made of toasted flour, sugar, powdered milk, and butter. This soft and crumbly shortbread is easy to make and requires no baking. A batch of these delicious treats can be whipped up in less than 30 minutes. All you need to do is toast the flour and mix it in with the rest of the ingredients. It's that simple! Watch the video to see how quick it is to make this Filipino treat! Here's a tip: Add oomph by tossing in toasted pinipig, nuts, or crushed cookies.


Makes about 65 to 70 pieces, depending on size of mold
