How To Make Polvoron In Three Easy Steps

It really is easy to make this Pinoy classic cookie.

Polvoron is a powdered milk candy made of toasted flour, sugar, powdered milk, and butter. This soft and crumbly shortbread is easy to make and requires no baking. A batch of these delicious treats can be whipped up in less than 30 minutes. All you need to do is toast the flour and mix it in with the rest of the ingredients. It's that simple!
